Thank you. Very good advice. Lovely day today so probably did too much gardening. I am still slightly euphoric from pain relief; I will be more sensible.

Me too, re gardening - I've had pmr diagnosis for exactly one year so should know better ( sounds a bit ike my school report....) but it was such a lovely afternoon that I thought I'd make the most of it before the cold weather comes back. Plus, had first covid jab this morning so a bit euphoric!

Plus, yesterday had a lovely 4 mile walk, saw violets bravely popping up, snowdrops, and tiny bluebells appearing in the woods.

Tomorrow, a quieter day maybe....
