Is this a flare up

Hi, I am after some advice. I had been tapering down for some time, down from 20 mg to 6mg. Then I had my first flare, just over a month ago, sudden pain in both shoulder, arms and wrists. Increased to 15mg to get it under control, then after a week started to taper again. Now at 11mg, 3.5mg at midday and 7.5mg at midnight. Over the last week I am having not pain, but an ack in both shoulders that that comes and goes with no pattern. The ack is more of annoyance at present but I am worried that this start of another flare, or something else? Any advice would be welcome.

Have you done anything that could make your shoulder muscles ache? Carrying something heavier than usual perhaps, or a different pillow?

That the thing ,I have not, if anything I have been taking it a bit easy. Up to the last week I would cycle 4 or 5 times a week up to 20 mile a time,. This week I have only been out twice. Was told to exercise at the start of PMR and told to cycle or swim. Due to first lock down started cycling , slow and short at first now enjoy long ride through country park . But the pillow comment rings true a bit as I am having trouble this week sleeping.

If I have a bad night I may have a sore back/shoulders next day

I should just hang in there for a few days to see if things change.
