Hi. I want to taper down from my 10mg Prednisolone for PMR but I'm wondering if there is any reason not to while we have the danger if Covid with us. Or is it best to be taking less Pred in the current situation.

Neither nor. If you can taper then do so - it won't change your history which is the important factor: your adrenal function isn't going to even start to return before another 5+mg drop and the difference in susceptibility to the virus is probably minimal since even younger and healthy people catch it at the drop of a hat. There is the factor of stress - stress and PMR don;t go well together ...
