I did between doses of 60mg and roughly 20mg, though I can’t be totally sure when it stopped. What are you on?

I have heard people complaining ot it.

At 10 to 15mg I did. Usually on a morning.... I just called them the trembles... Occasionally I seem to get them now but at 7mg definitely stopped. Just doing a 12mg burst for a flare so will tell you if they return!

It can happen , on steroids or other meds , it can also be a side effect of poor adrenal function at lower doses , or dehydration or low electrolytes , magnesium or B vutamins at any point in an illness .

Tremors are one other those things you should have checked up just to be sure , just like dizziness with palpitations , breathlessness , or constant Headpain and eye disturbances.

It's just good to know for sure and helps you relax more if you can rule out other causes apart from Steroid Use or your PMR recovery.

I had a general shakiness which was very unpleasant when on prednisolone. when I got to Spain where I live I was given deflazacourt which did not have the side effects. My doctor there said they only use prednisolone on animals. When I came back to England I needed more tablets and I was able to get Deflazacourt. They seem to be just as effective in dealing with PMA .

Deflazocort is derived from prednisolone. They may only use prednisolone on animals in Spain - but it doesn't make it any the worse a medication. Every steroid is a bit different. I have no problems with either prednisolone or prednisone. Methyl prednisolone, on the other hand, was hell on earth for me.
