I think there is a list of support groups in the Topics list on the right hand side of any post page , if you press " more".

There is a London group whom posted up a few days ago about an up and coming meeting at the Artizan Library , E1 , I think. If it's close I hope you haven't missed it !

The London Group meeting is on 17th February. See this post: healthunlocked.com/pmrgcauk... It should be worth attending if only for the chance to meet others who understand what you're going through. I'm determined to be there especially as I had to miss the last two meetings because of other commitments.

Thanks but E1 is the opposite side of London, too far for me to travel. I am hoping there might eventually be others on this forum who live in west London

It's quite central, near Liverpool Street which you can get to on the Circle Line. I come from Archway, others from all over London.
