......for me, too. I just figured out I can do two things, max! I was so tired when I crashed on the couch, thought..” hope the house doesn’t catch fire because I am too tired to get off this couch!”

It takes a good while to realise that socialising with people you like is ‘ work’. Very odd to think something you love is nevertheless taxing and counts as ‘work’. And we all know work leads to fatigue. You’ve reminded me. Thank you.

Oh my Gary, That sounds so familiar, I did get a chuckle and thought the same thing..."I hope the house doesn't blow up" as I am to tired to move." We, here in the U.S. are much more skiddish to not do exactly the Docs instructions...being a Nurse, I have to be more open to the way you are willing to experiment with options....wish their were something close to me here in Maine in the U S..hang in there...George-Dog

Gary- That feeling is so familiar and your descriptionalso gave me a chuckle.

I am in the US. I have GCA, and before diagnosis, I was flattened by fatigue and brain fog. (My sister's first symptoms of MS were fatigue, which was hard to understand for such a lively woman. That was 25 years ago and it took a long time to diagnose MS.)

I found I had to sit down after doing the dishes-and wouldinvariably fall asleep.

I started on 40 mg prednsione in February, and very gradually have tapered to 15. I was part way through the month of 30 mg,when I had a flare, and it happened again after 10 days on 15 mg. The fatigue came with the flare.I had to tell myself not to sit down, because i would always fall asleep. My taper also now includes Actmera infusions (2 so far). I feel much better, but still fall asleep if I sit down for long. It's humbling to accept that I have to plan my days around this situation, but this group has helped me so much. I like your description of deciding which 2 things to do each day. It's so much better than beating mysef up because I cant do what was at one time "normal" high energy for me.
