Update on slowly reducing 2.5

Hi everyone and thanks for all the advice. I decided to go back up to my dose in November, which was 3 mg for 3 days then 2.5 mg one day and then repeat. As this was the last dose that I felt really good on.

Well today things are much improved and my legs/ knees are feeling more normal now. I can actually bend them without difficulty.

Also the aches in my right arm is getting better. I will stay at this dose for a while until I feel comfortable to reduce again.

I can’t thank you enough for your help.

It’s good to know we have people who actually understand what it’s like having this illness x

Hope you are all having a good day

Carole x
