Recently i have noticed my enlarged lymph node on right side of neck. As i go through CRC and Uric acid test. i have seen everything is normal except my ESR=57 and LDH=270. Is there anything i should serious about or everything is fine?

Unless you have polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) or Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) which is what we on this particular forum discuss it's doubtful anyone can give you advice.
That being said I have (non-symptomatic) sarcoidosis and it was diagnosed through a biopsy of an enlarged lymph gland in my neck. So, as the doctor said at the time while I awaited the results (I was about 35 at the time), it could be any one of a hundred things, ninety-eight of which are unimportant. See your doctor.
