Hello and Happy Christmas. Since Pred, my teeth sometimes just hurt for no reason, particularly on one side and when I’m withdrawing. If it’s new pain I’d still get it checked out just in case there’s an infection.

Do you have GCA? I would be alert for jaw symptoms. Having said that I think that you do get random tooth pain and I am not sure why. It never seems to come to anything. See your dentist in case though.

I used to get sensitive teeth when I first started taking pred.

Hi

I always have suffered from Sinus sort of pain in my teeth

But do know for me its one of the first signs of going below dose I need

I have no other symptoms of GCA

I've been having similar symptoms recently. The strangest thing is that I sense pain in 'teeth' that are actually crowns...

Yes - but some crowned teeth still have nerves - unless you had a root canal treatment done.
