I have this thing for over 6 years. Diagnosis in 2105. It was a horrible bugger. I feel a bit alone at the moment with it. If you read my previous msgs then good I have always been up and on. Now really down. Gone back up to 7mgs. Just for you Jane. Can't get below again for now xx Love to all who feel the same 😊😊xx

Hello sweetheart! I’ve really missed you. I was stuck at 7 mgs for almost a year, then something shifted, now I loiter at 6 mgs and feel pretty s****y. So sorry that the black bin bag has you in its grips. Your love will reach a lot of people. I tried to make you laugh about my scaffolders’ poles and here you are! My little rude Scottish girl! Xx

Sorry your feeling so bad. I've had pmr for 5years been on 7mg for a year just tried 6.5mg dead slow method I've flared yet again can't move,so very fed up.

Back to 10 mg hoping that will get things under control again. You take care I'm thinking of you x

I personally do not like November!

I’m off to the Shropshire Meeting today, it will be nice to meet up with a few people, it’s in Gobowen, Oswestry so not too far away.

Well 7 mg is fine if that is what you need to control inflammation. Allow your body to wake its own Adrenal glands. PMR pro has provided links to article about long term low dose Pred use on several posts.

The PMRGCAuK website has a Links section with an excellent review of side effects that I read for first time today....and I’ve had this thing for 3+1/2 years!
