I keep a calendar next to my medication only use it for PMR

Can write any problems on it also my reduction plan

At the end of the year just pop in in a drawer for reference if required .

But I do know someone that would be interested in the one you have posted so will pass it on to them .

I keep an active calendar of my symptoms daily. It seems to help
