Top of page your name.............click on it, drop down menu. click on messages if you want to send or receive.
Alternatively, find a post or reply made by the person you want to message. Click on their name above the post / reply and you get their profile. There's a message box at the right hand side of the page - click on that and you can start typing your message straight away.
