On another thread PMRpro posted an interesting link. It made me think and below is the result.

Both of these surveys are continous and both active and used by researchers so you know what to do neither of them are complicated or take up too much of your time.

International Survey started August 2008. PMR, GCA or both.

Sufferer Elliott Greene from USA, devised an international online survey for suffers of PMR and GCA. Elliott is an ex immunologist and co-owns a software company specialising in online surveys. We, in the UK helped him devise this survey and also called on the expertise of medical people to see what they wanted added.

The survey is totally anonymous and the information accrued can be viewed free of charge to anybody. We hope this survey will aid future research projects.
