From 1mg to 0mg how

Granddaughter had asked this she has taken interest in my reductions she has asked this in the finale stages is this how to do it 0.5 every second day then after a time every 3 days then every 4 and so on till only talking 0.5mg every 7 days I can see her logic any one help me answer

It sounds like a good plan! Very slow reductions seem to allow your body time to adjust. I'm currently taking 1 mg alternating with 1/2 mg - feel good so far.

That is the basic tenet of the "Dead slow and nearly stop" reduction plan. You start by taking the new dose on just one day and reduce the no of days of the old dose until you get to alternate days old and new. Then you increase the number of days of the new dose between days of old dose. In this final stage the new dose is zero, the old dose 0.5mg.
