Shopping day

Spent s great day in Chester with daughter who has RA and grandchildren . Had to plan well daughter drove just over 1 hour,used park and ride went for coffee on arrival at 10.45 stopped for lunch about 1pm then ice cream at 3.30 back on park and ride got home about 6pm long day but I did ok. Daughter also very tied Chester is a lovely place but not a disability friendly place cobbled roads steps up and down to shops Still awake so good day

Just spent 9+hours in bed most of it sleeping bliss only physical effect from shopping trip calfs a bit tight . Down to 5mg today so fingers crossed
