Alendronic Acid

Thank you all for your responses. It seems as with most medications that it affects different people in different ways. I am going to do more research , I wait at least an hour before eating anything which goes by quickly, and always stay upright, the thing that I cannot stand is the tiredness and general feeling of malaise after taking it, which lasts all day.

Everyone have a wonderful day, and try not to let this stuff get you down. Easier said than done I know !
