Hi Clive, thanks for the link, I identify as dyspraxic so I find it really hard to organise my thoughts in writing is there a number to call or should I just leave my name and number?

The PAS are way too small to have a permanently staffed help line. Just ring the office and leave a message. Somebody will get back to you.

Hi hazyjane. Just checked the website (because there have been problems with it before) and the telephone number is not visible on either my iPad or iPhone (I'll report that to them)

So...here it is:

01656 769717

It may go through to voicemail if nobody's able to answer so if it does, just leave your name and phone number and Martyn Hooper will get back to you. It make take a couple of days if he happens to be out of the office but he does always get back to people.

In the meantime, if there's anything folks here can help you with, please put up a new post and we'll try and help.

👍

P.s Addition to reply - PAS have addressed websit issue - Number now visible on website 🤗

Thanks for your responses. I had already called the number and spoke to Martin, which was why I was hoping that there was a different number to call.

I was left feeling quite hopeless, which is not what I was expecting really!

I will put up a new post as suggested .
