My labs are MCH is 26.2. My RDW is 15.1.

My concern is that I might have something wrong. In my family sickle cell anemia runs on my mother's side of the family. My second cousin has that she died from it. I also want to know is it possible I might have it.

Your MCH is slightly low. Your RDW is lightly high. These may point to a slight iron deficiency.

There are better tests for sickle cell anaemia. I'm guessing you want to know if you may be a carrier (the symptoms of sickle cell disease should tell you if you have two copies of the sickle cell gene). If you're in the UK you can have the genetic test done for free - nhs.uk/Conditions/Sickle-ce...
