My labs are MCH is 26.2. My RDW is 15.1.

My concern is that I might have something wrong. In my family sickle cell anemia runs on my mother's side of the family. My second cousin has that she died from it. I also want to know is it possible I might have it.

Your MCH is slightly low. Your RDW is lightly high. These may point to a slight iron deficiency.

There are better tests for sickle cell anaemia. I'm guessing you want to know if you may be a carrier (the symptoms of sickle cell disease should tell you if you have two copies of the sickle cell gene).
