Hello, I was diagnosed with Bechets as a child, I am now 33 and have since stopped taking the the prednisone and other prescribed medication. I have not had any flare ups in at least 10 yrs. My question is do I need premedication for a deep cleaning at the dentist office or special mouth wash?
