Have you considered Lee Silvermann Voice training which is available at some hospitals. Your doctor or Field officer might be able to point you in the right direction.

within 10 days of being on a generic replacement of ropinirole I had gone backwards in all ways .Had to increase dosage. Pharmacist stated when I complained, that the generic was 15% less potent than original. still not happy with increased dose. just not the same.

You apear to have facial diskonesia, cant control facial musles, face may freeze up into an angry face, or a smile, sluring your words, speaking in a quiet voice or no voice at all. Iv had kids run to their mothers when they see me. Its all part of the fun of parkinsons disease. Try cutting down on your meds, have a cup of somthing sweet. It works for me

It sounds like Laryngeal dystonia. The dystonia society states it is dystonia of the vocal cords. It is also known as spasmodic dysphonia or spastic dysphonia. I have great sympathy for you, not enough people know of the conditions, perhaps the members of the public had more info, they would be more supportive. Is it possible you can contact the media? My son had DBS for dystonia last year (2014) at a hospital for neurology and neurosurgery in London. I know haw that affected him.

Kindest regards to all.
