I'm in the Georgetown study. I don't think they expect data to be released until 2020.

Can you tell if you getting the placebo or the drug?

The first part of the study was blinded and placebo controlled, so I didn’t know what I was taking during that component. The second part of the study is open label and all patients get active drug. I’m on 150 mg per day which is the low dose for the study.

How long have you been on that dose and how do you feel about?

Yes, I am curious about this too. Do you feel it is effective? Helping?

Hey Tacato are you still on this trial? Any difference in your quality of life?

Tough to say. Nothing dramatic. It’s intended to slow progression, though, so absent a comparison to placebo, how do you know?

I’ve been on the low dose for about 6 months (open label portion of the study).

Tough to say. Again, it’s intended to slow progression. Data coming soon I think
