Rosacea, dermatitis : a public Thank You to Condor39

I waited and waited before posting this to the group : I am afraid of placebo effect.

But the cure given by Condor was really miraculous for me, in the specified time of 2 days.

Here is what Condor answered about my Parkinsons induced rosacea (red rashes on the face) :

"Your rash might be seborrheaic dermatitis, which is known to be common with PD. It can look similar to Rosacea.

Easily treated with anti dandruff shampoo. It cured me in two applications."

Thank you again Condor, and all of you for being part of this amazing group.

Xenos,

Too bad there isn't a good way to store this information so it would be easy to find? Perhaps you can change your title to include the terms, Rosacea and Seborrheic Dermatitis so it will come up in a search fairly easily. Thank you for posting your excellent results!

Done, Art

I forgot to ask what exact shampoo you used to such good effect?

The bottle is in front of me, but no mention of the active ingredient. It's from the (french) brand "Klorane" and it says "with Nasturtium" which is a common flower. Probably not the main ingredient. It also says "against dry dandruff".

The full composition is here :

klorane.com/fr-fr/cheveux/c...

It does not want to be copy-pasted...

I can't seem to find that particular formulation here, just these on Amazon:

amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss...

None of them look the same as what you used,

No, they are not.

The complete formula is under the "composition" button.

My guess is that any "dandruff", or maybe "dry dandruff", shampoo would have done he trick.

Klorane is a quality product sold in our little pharmacies here in France. French pharmacies are very picky with what they sell! Good luck everyone.

Xenos,

What did you do? you wash your face with Shampoo, you say it is around the mouth.

Sorry for a strange question.

Not strange at all, you are welcome.

I washed my hair with the shampoo and use the shampoo to wash my face. This is in the shower. I did not rinse my face for like a min. And that's it. The second day my red rashes were gone. I did not believe it at first.

Now, I do the same every evening.
