I just completed the two year phase 3 trial. They were good with the double blindness as I can't figure out whether or not I was on inosine or placebo. They said I should find out in about 3-6 months. I guess that's when the final results will be in.

If I was actually on inosine, I felt like I could exercise more without getting sore afterwards. I was pressing a lot of weight at the gym! Coincidentally my shoulder started hurting when the trial ended, so I've had to back the weight off to recover the past few weeks.

You need to get the right dosage through blood tests so you don't get kidney stones and gout like symptoms. I had some painful toes at first before they dropped the dosage down. My shoes at time or inosine? I don't know!
