Compression Soxs?

Has anyone tried compression Soxs or knee braces for legal pain and stiffness?

Yes I use compression socks as soon as I can feel pain in my legs (usually in the evening) I put them on and also wear them to bed. I now sleep well. Great result.

I take Emergen C everyday. It has several good vitamins and electrolytes. It took about 3 weeks & my leg pain was gone. Now I rarely miss a day.
