Hello,

I am from India, I have noticed that on days that I do stretching / yoga exercises I have less tremors. Please visit Youtube, there are thousands of posts on yoga. I strongly recommend. No harm trying. Think positive for better health.

There are many benefits to yoga. It's something we never really got round to in the west. We can't even say we neglected it! I'm trying gentle tai chi, a beginners approach to some basic moves. It's too early to say whether it really helps but I think I can feel positive results. I don't know whether your body will let you try.

I agree. In New York at the JCC there's a program that has yoga, tai chi, dance, NIA, water aerobics, etc. for pwp's. Exercise is the most neuroprotective thing going! and that's been proven in clinical trials!

yoga is excellent whether you have PT or not. It's a methodology that dates back thousands of years.

We in the west take our bodies for granted and push ourselves to hard (often). I like the gentleness and the

discipline of yoga. It helps you to be disciplined in doing other things like diet, meds on time, exercising.
