The LSVT course leaves you with exercises to do. Are you keeping them up? Either way you should ask to be refereed back to a speech therapist, preferable one who understands Parkinson's.

I have been diagnosed for 9 years but do not have problems with speech. However I have been attending hypnotherapy twice a month for 3 years to 'recharge my batteries' & to address specific issues arising from PD. These include confidence, especially with regard to balance, pain management, freezing & the control of my main side-effect from Requip (dopamine agonist) binge eating. Please note that hypnotherapy is not a quick fix for any problem (the therapy part is just as important as the hypnosis) & that not all people are receptive. I spent a lot of time finding the right therapist as there are many charlatans but if you find the registered body online & only consider members you should be OK.
