hi no one here could determine that but she should be getting help closer to home.
It could be any multitude of things. We are not doctors here and really she needs to see a doctor. To be honest even if we were doctors (which we aren’t) it would be impossible to diagnose with information you have given. It could be shingles, it could be an allergy to something. Please contact a doctor.
