Can I have CRPS and fibromyalgia

Hickum's Dictum says that patients had have as many diseases as they damn well please!

But remember that diseases are human constructs, they aren't real entities, so a disease is what people say it is. Fibromyalgia is one of those diseases where they don't have a specific cause, it is just a description of symptoms, so it is possible that the cause could be the same thing that is causing the CRPS, or it could be caused by something else.

So I would say yes, you can have both if you want, but some people might say that the fibro is a misdiagnoses of something else. There are sometimes more grey areas in medicine which can feel very uncomfortable.
