I haven't , it just relaxes muscles. It's used for migraines which I've had it for.

Also excessive underarm sweating and cerebral palsy. I've been trying to find a Dr

to inject it in my shoulder near my neck where the muscles are in spasm.

Hi yes I have my pain specialist wanted me to have it because I have my left arm amputated and around my scar tissue is very painful and sore, he had to go to London on a course in were and how to inject the Botox he was told that it can be used for scar tissue and relaxing the muscles so I'm just waiting to see if the nhs will pay for it, go and see u GP and get him or her to send u to a pain specialist to see what they can do for u

Good luck and best wishes

My daughter has Botox, she had a right jaw replacement a few years ago and has been given regular injections, it did emerge that she was allergic to the metal used in the 1 St replacement so Botox wasn't really helping, she has now had it redone and the Botox was successful. My mum had a car accident a number of years ago and was left with neck problems and her head shakes, she has regular Botox injections to stop the shakes, both of the procedures are done at the Walton Ctre in Liverpool.

It's well worth trying if your health authority will fund them

Good luck Sheryl
