Osteoarthritis of the hip and knee is common and those with Paget's disease are more prone to osteoarthritis (OA) in the joints adjacent to the bones involved.

A multidisciplinary taskforce made eleven recommendations for non-pharmacological management of people with hip and knee OA developed based on research evidence and expert consensus.
