Hi everyone.

I've been on Niraparib since May 2022 but over the last 12 months have developed meniere's. I realise the parp inhibitor might not be related but wondered if this has happened to anyone else?

Hi Jaynii, seems like no one has come across this as a side effect of Parp inhibitors. They are comparatively new drugs so a connection should not be discounted… presumably you have spoken to your oncologist?

You could approach the company that makes your Parp and ask them if they have ever come across a link between the two? xx

Hi Lyndy

Thanks for your message. My oncologist has suggested dropping to 100 mg to see if that has any effect but I'm too scared to do that. I didn't think of contacting the drug company though. I will try that, thank you for that
