Parp inhibitors

Ive been on Lynparza for 2 years now and just had CT scan which is clear, due to increasing ca125 from 12, 24, 60 to 90 it seemed to rise after i had fall and hurt my leg but consultant unsure. Im am BRCA negative and HRD positive and feel if tablets were working i would liked to have continued with them but been told as am not BRACA positive and due to funding im not allowed over 2 years. This worries me as ive had one reoccurance already. Has anyone been told differently.? Thank you 🤗 xx

my understanding is that there is a two-year limit because the dangers of side effects of leukemia starts to outweigh the benefits…
