Hi ladiesMy husband just showed me an article about the health benefits of brandy. It claimed that brandy had been used to treat ovarian cancer. I know this sounds cooky. Has anyone got any more details or evidence?

I read that somewhere I do like the occasional snifter of cognac which is an upscale brandy

when I was a teen, with horrible monthly cramps, my mom would allow me a shot or two of blackberry brandy. It really helped. Then Advil came along. Less fun but really worked!

This made me smile!! If only!! I remember reading somewhere that chemicals in red wine killed off ovarian cancer cells in lab studies but sadly just drinking red wine isn’t a cure!! I still enjoy a glass though now and again!!
