Anyone had palpation while on niraparib. How did it resolve?

Hello I had palpitations and a very elevated heart rate on Niraparib. A reduced dose did not resolve it for me but there are other ladies on here who found they were ok with a reduced dose. Also some are taking meds to help with the problem . Hope that helps & good luck. xx

Hi, yes I have palpitations but only when I have been moving around ie climbing the stairs. I am fine when sitting about. I’ve only been on niraparib a short time so can’t say what will happen once it gets into my system.
