Hi all,

My mum is on ONX at RM. She has another 2 of 6 left. I just wondered what happens after a trial usually? Are you just left to get on with it?

Hi. I have been on three trials (currently still on the third). Your mum should continue to be monitored after a trial, will still probably have to complete a questionnaire to see how she is doing/feeling etc. The aim is to see how effective the trial is/has been. If they don't monitor they basically won't know how effective the treatment is. Hope your mum is doing ok xx

Thank you thats really helpful. My mum's tumors had all shrunk an average of 26% after 3 sessions, and no side effects really so she is feeling good at the mo. hope you are doing ok.

Oh that's so good, sounds like it's having an impact, which is what the trials are aiming to see. So glad she is feeling good. I'm doing well too, thanks for asking xx
