There have been similar messages over on the liver site where the writer usually from Kenya or Nigeria claims to be devout christian, an orphan and totally alone etc etc, and needing money for hep c treatment which they will die if they don,t recieve, They private message people and it worries me as we do have very vulnerable people in our community, I just pray nobody falls for it. 😠makes me so angry how low people will go. m.b😢xxx
