Any low graders had a slow rising ca125. But a clear scan ? From 23-33 in 3 months.
I have Low Grade too, and your situation is pretty common. I was told it can take about three months after a rising CA125 for anything to show up on a CT scan. Also, a rise of 10 points may not be indicative of disease, but could be caused by inflammation from something else entirely. Try not to worry too much about this.
Hi, been wondering how you are. I expect you're worried at the moment. Get some good advice and let me know how you get on. I'm thinking of you. Love Zena xx
Hello huni I’m ok well I know same worry. Try to live my life then boom something happens. I am going christies Thursday so will let u know. My scans clear I have no symptoms went swimming with my girl last week , down slides yesterday 🙌
How are u doing still good I hope ? X
Hi Zena41, I'm doing okay. Got an appointment at hospital end of March so will find out if still clear or not. Symptoms for this evade me, I didn't get any the first time so don't expect any if it's back.
Going to Poland for a week from tomorrow. Looking forward to that. Hear from you when I get back. Good luck with results.
Love Zenaj xx
Hi Zena. Something similar happened to me before my low grade recurrence. My Ca125 kept slowly creeling up 2, 5 or 10 points at a time, over 18 months or so. From 79 to 115. Buf scans were ok.
Only after the marker jumped up suddenly to 150ish did we spot clearly suslicious lymph nodes in a PET CT scan and started treatment.
That said... 33 is still normal range, so hopefully it's just normal variance. Keep living! xx. Maus
Hello thank you for letting me know. I’m at the christies Thursday so I may get advice x
