I've mention this before but...

this weekend it's only 99p on Kindle and I always get such an overwhelming response from ladies on here thanking me for posting that I thought I would mention it...

I had cancer when I was 31, I was a wife, mother to a two-year-old and three-month-old, a writer, I had friends, family, liked to travel... so much more than just a cancer patient.

This inspired me to write 'The Fabulous Woman’s Guide Through Cancer' because I wanted to know about the lifestyle effects of having cancer. To know what to pack for hospital, how to stay social when I didn't feel well enough to go out, how to survive a social event, how to explain it to children and what to do when depression takes hold.

I made sure the book gives real advice from real women who have really had cancer (not just me, other much more fabulous ladies too). It includes tips, examples, stories, information and ideas and plenty of kind words and inspirational stories. I also made sure that it is written with much needed compassion and humour.

I am now trying to really get the book 'out there' so that it can hopefully help as many women as possible. This weekend it's only 99p on Kindle!

Just search The Fabulous Woman's Guide Through Cancer on Amazon, Book Depository, etc…

Thanks, Nicola - I've dipped in and it looks useful and positive.  I've followed your blog.  I'm also on wordpress at harpingon.net - have done a few posts recently about being positive with cancer.  Great that you've had the all clear - that's inspiring!
