Hi I was just wondering if anybody going through the same as me? I turned 45 in October haven't seen a period since the end of august.

I'm not menopausal nor pre so was just wondering if anyone has been through the same it's 3months if I miss this month thanks X

Lots of things can stop you menstruating, and it's not a classic sign of ov.ca. Do get yourself checked out by your GP, or better still a Gynaecologist.

Thanks, will start give had ultra sounds and my ovaries r all fine got few fibroids. Maybe it's them thanks for reply X

I too have missed 3 months but have put this down to stress as they stopped the day my daughter started her chemotherapy and began again once she finished. Your body conserves energy during times of stress and so shuts down non essentials such as producing eggs.

There are of course many other reasons and if you are concerned I would definitely visit your GP.

Thank you Julia, so sorry about your daughter I will mention you in my prayers. Hope she is getting well again :). I lost my mum to brain cancer and was with her through her chemo, as she had cervical cancer first and the chemo was for that :/ I understand your stress but my monthlies where usually a lot heavier through times of my stress :/. I suppose our bodies all work so different in tines of stress . Hope you and your daughter are getting their xx
