Oh that's so bad Dawn. Don't apologise for moaning - you're more than entitled to. Have you phoned your CNS nurse to ask for suggestions? I'm so sorry you're in such pain and I'm sending a big hug and volition for it to just go away.

Lots of love xxx Annie

Well it was only three weeks ago that you were wondering whether it was normal to feel ok, the thing is chemo is like this one minute you feel ok and next minute you don't.

I am sorry that you are not feeling well at the moment but it will pass, but it just doesn't feel like it at the moment, I hope that this will soon be a distant memory, sending you my best wishes love x G x

I do think you should contact your chemo team about severe headache - it was something I was told not to put up with, but to tell them and get help for.

Hope you feel better v soon.

Please do talk to your CN nurse, we can soon blame everything onto chemo, migraine should not really last for longer than 48 hours, unless of course you are unique and are a sufferer of migraines that usually last for days at a time. I don't want to alarm you but I do think this should be looked into. What are your symptoms, real migraine come with many and of course they can map something more serious too.

As a sufferer myself I do know how horrible they are. How is your eye site? Co-ordination? Speach?

If this is just a severe head pain that won't go away, it still needs to be checked out luvie.

Of course it could just be the stress of chemo that triggered this, also something to do with pre-meds is also possible. This happened to me durring chemo the one time, a sudden migraine warning came on and I immediately thought oh no, I can be doing without this. Thank goodness my husband was with me to tell the cn nurses why I couldn't get my speach right. I tell you, they would not take migraine for granted. Suddenly all hell broke lose and as it turned out I was just having what I call one of my migraine turns.

Get well soon but do please get checked over, God bless from Tina xxxxxx

Dear Dawn, I would wholeheartedly agree- do call the team and I hope they are able to help. Ive only ever had one migraine and can't imagine what it's like for you to have one for this long. So sorry to hear this, stay in touch with the forum and please don't feel you have to apologise. Best wishes, Sarah xxx

I had a severe headache and it turned out to be an infection, headaches occur when something is out of sync so please have it checked out.
