This looks a great programme but a little too far away from us down here. Cork Arc Cancer Support House in Cork also run Mindfulness Courses. I have found a course very beneficial and you can check in once a month. Arc House will be starting a new course in September in Cork. It would seem that the Oncology Nurses do not mention it to their patients because they have so much to think about and they are as we know extremely busy. Cork Arc is open Monday to Friday 10.AM TO 4PM. They are open during the summer if any one needs to call. They also have outreach centres in Knocknaheeney and Bantry on a part time basis. For anyone interested do contact Arc House the people there are very kind.
