This is my first time here

My 11 yo girl self harms, suffers from depression and anxiety which she is on meds for.

I am really struggling to find help for myself on how to deal with everyday trials. I am a single mum of 2.

Are there any support groups in Norfolk at all?

Hi

Have you spoke to the school? They sometimes know of things locally or have people who support parents.

Have you searched locally or contacted any charities, about it?

It’s good to see if any other agents on here have any suggestions...

Hiya, I got recommended the head space app for my daughter can be quite useful - she gets quite low and anxious. There are some good local support groups - that cover all extra needs including mental health needs. Unfortunately though the actual groups are reducing due to the recent corona virus restrictions but there are good local fb group for extra needs but I’m not sure if there is one specific to mental health. I hope you are doing ok, goodness knows this seems a very stressful time doesn’t it? Xx
