I keep an eye on my butcher's Facebook page as everyweek they do a meat pack which is a lot cheaper than buying the meat seperate. And it lasts me 2 weeks. Also plenty of pasta dishes as it's cheap to buy and only buy your foods from supermarkets as the local shops are so expensive
