Did your cat spot your cancer??

OK, this may sound odd but 4 years ago I wasa few months pre-diagnosis. At that time our cat that would rarely even sit on my lap suddenly started doing so. In fact he would fit in my lap, facing me, with his front paws on the centre of my chest and then 'pad' at my chest.

Once I'd been operated on this stopped completely.

Has anyone else here had a similar experience? I know dogs are able to smell cancers but never heard the same reported about cats.

Thanks,

Dan

no but I was about to say, my dog most definitely did. He wouldn’t get out of my face and kept smelling my breath . Weird ! We just don’t realise how perceptive they are .
