After 2 endoscopies and 1 CT scan, nothing to be found, thank the lord, but I have now been booked in for a stretch, not had one before, I know many of you have and some several, but I am terrified, I'm having general anesthetic, does anyone know why it's general and not sedation?. Also what happens after, ie: do you have to change your diet etc?
Thanks peeps

I'm not sure where it is yet, I have to chat to the nurse. I know they said the hiatus was tight, what's the procedure like and after did you have to follow a different diet? If you don't mind answering.June
Ahh thanks Debbie,I get so anxious, I get so worked up about any hospital visits, my surgeon knows that too, but I'm sure it will be fine, thank you once again.
Hi Kiddy I see you say you had a stent, can you tell me how you are doing with it and how you are managing your eating. I have had radiotherapy that has caused internal scarring so hard to swallow. Any help would be great Thank you and Happy New Year.
