Hi Douglas, Have you actually been diagnosed with bile reflex? Sometimes it can be confused with acid reflux. I have acid reflux which is treated with Omaprazole tablets. I happen to know that bile reflux is more difficult to treat. Diet is important (no fatty food). as is not being overweight or obese and to stop smoking,ing if you are a smoker. My doctor also recommended I lift the head of the bed with bricks (not extra pillows). This definitely helped me.How long have you had this condition?
