I purchased a wedge pillow from the OPA a couple of years ago and it has been very effective. The pillows were discounted but don't know if they still have stock. It is a high quality wedge pillow so hopefully they have stock left. You can contact them on 0121 7049860

I for one use 5 pillows at night to keep me from choking.I tried to lie on a hard v shape one but to hard for my bones.
