Hiatus hernia

I've just been diagnosed with hiatus hernia and helicobacter pylori i haven't had any reflux, just chest and back pain, and sometimes feeling really sick, is it possible to have these with no reflux

I hope your H-pylori has been treated. I had this ,military Drs did not treat me. Ended up having most of my stomach removed due to cancer.....the only symptoms I had were heartburn and the feeling of food stuck in my throat....
