I have also gotten an adjustable bed and it works well when you raise the foot end a bit (to prevent slipping) as well as the head end.

Sorry, can I just ask what is this thing about sleeping in a elevated position?
I bought a bed frame thing in the beginning because I was told I'd need to sleep elevated, but not told why. I assumed it was because having a repositioned stomach and short oesophagus, I'd get acid back flow, but didn't get on with it or see any benefits of it. So reverted back to my two pillows. Is that the reason for sleeping elevated?
i just got a single electric bed, my bedroom looks like God's Waiting Room but it does help after an Ivor Lewis for a tumour on the sphincter between oesophagus and stomach.
